Do you know that most Raspberry Pi users make the same mistake?
They think that they can brute-force their progress, find a tutorial, copy/paste commands and that's it.
You probably know what I'm talking about, we all try.
Well, here is the problem: if it was that easy to learn anything, you'd probably be sending rockets to Mars, while being an Olympic champion and a chef in your spare time.
Reading tutorials is often a good starting point, that's why I created the RaspberryTips website.
But it won't be enough to master any skill.
You also need to practice a lot, and seek out support from online communities or speak with mentors, to make real progress. But it's not easy to find, forums are often hostile or filled with bad advice.
Luckily for you, there is now a solution. Let me introduce you to the Raspberry Pi community you are looking for.
The RaspberryTips community is a group of Raspberry Pi enthusiasts, sharing ideas, working to accomplish the same goals, and supporting and learning from each other along the way.
That's the power of this community. Join now!

Raspberry Pi Tips is an excellent consolidation of a lot of scattered information about Raspberry Pi and I am glad I decided to join. There is considerable unique information that I have not seen elsewhere. The cost to try a monthly subscription is extremely reasonable to see everything that is available. I hope the community continues to grow. The recommendation of the Pironman5 case for the RPi5 was excellent. That alone was worth the price of admission!
I was new to Pi. Knew almost nothing. You helped me with a software installation problem. Answer was simple once you saw it. But I couldn't see it! I have a lot to learn. I'm just now getting to the point where I can start asking questions.
It's a great community with good and deep going questions AND answers. Learn a lot of other people and Patrick (of course). It feel very good to have a place to go when I struggle to new situations and wants some help on it. I'm still feeling as an starter in Linux and Raspberry but also feel progression in it. Keep on going these good jobs!
The RPC is the first place I go for pi-related questions. I invariably find accurate and complete information related to the subject at hand. It's a great resource!
I like the involvement of varied people, perspectives, experiences, and their assorted applications. I learn a little more every time someone asks their own questions.
